Dries once on eyes - not tacky throughout day
Minimal flaking
Cons:
Not much volume
Brush not stable-->brush bendable
Takes a long time to apply
Not natural looking - clumps eyelashes together
Irritated my eyes
Creates hard/crispy eyelashes
