Vaseline for Eyelashes

Vaseline is a great product that can help lengthen your eyelashes without the harsh chemicals and side effects in prescription products. Vaseline can be applied nightly to help strengthen eyelashes, which will make them grow over time.

Pros:

Natural Looking

Buildable

Does not irritate eyes

No flaking

Great lengthening mascara

Cons:

Requires many coats to build

Not very volumizing 

Runny Formula can get on eyelid easily when applying

Can get tacky throughout the day (especially if you are sweating or oily)

Overall:

I really like this mascara and use it quite often. I don't usually use this alone though because I prefer more volume than it provides. This is a perfect mascara if you want something natural looking or if you are more concerned with length rather than volume. I personally love to put this mascara over my washable waterproof to provide both length and volume and create dramatic lashes!

Pros:
Minimal Flaking
Does not clump
Can look natural or dramatic (Buildable)
Does not irritate eyes
Volumizing + Lengthening
Brush good size and shape for application
Water resistant
Easily removed (especially compared to regular waterproof formulas) 

Cons:
Takes a few coats to get adequate volume
Not truly waterproof
Residual "stickiness" may be present throughout the day (eyelashes sticking together)

I am looking forward to using this mascara for the next week to truly test its durability on a regular basis. I am extremely excited about it! I had less flaking with this mascara than any of the other ones I have tried recently, even after laying several coats on my lashes. I also love that the mascara is easy to remove and that I don't feel like I am removing all of my lashes with it. I would recommend giving this product a try!

Non-Irritating
Doesn't Clump
Lasts throughout the day
Holds a curl
Separates lashes

Cons:
Moderate Flaking

All in all this is a very good product. I love the way it looks when it's applied, it adds drama without creating fake clumped eyelashes. It very much accentuates the natural lashes which I think looks great on everyone. I wish that I didn't have as many problems with this product flaking. This may or may not be a problem for you depending on your skin type and what other eye makeup you wear. I would recommend giving this product a try!
